REFUND POLICY
FINO PRODUCTS’ mission is to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in an unopened, saleable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
PROMOTION CODES

FINO PRODUCTS will occasionally offer promotions through e-mail, web-site and E-Newsletters. Once you sign up for the FINO PRODUCTS newsletter, you will receive e-mail promotions and offers that include codes for limited time free shipping or other discounts. Please note that abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in an order or item cancellation in the sole discretion of FINO PRODUCTS.

SSL employs 128-bit encryption to ensure that private information remains private. When our Purchase Order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card information), the information is encrypted and protected with the customary encryption software.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Form:

FINO PRODUCTS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax may be collected on total merchandise orders delivered to: CA, NJ, NY, WA, CO. Some states may also require us to collect sales tax on shipping charges.

When placing an order with FINO PRODUCTS, you can rest assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the most reliable shipping processes to deliver fresh, high quality products– right to your door!

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Chicago, Illinois by either UPS or USPS to arrive within 10 business days from receipt of your order.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. For additional charges, the order can be expedited (UPS) for delivery in 2-3 business days. We do not ship internationally. The shipping rates for the Continental United states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories) are as follows:
